1. Accepting these terms

Using this website means you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it. The agreement is between you and JustClinical Research Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 09884412.

2. This is not medical advice

Everything here is general information. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is no substitute for talking to a qualified healthcare professional about your own situation.

Nothing on this site is a recommendation that you take part in a trial, stop or change a prescribed medicine, or put off getting medical attention. If something is urgent, contact your doctor or the emergency services.

Registering interest through this website does not enrol you in a study and is not informed consent. Consent is a separate process, in person, with a qualified investigator.

3. Using the site sensibly

Please do not:

• Submit false or misleading information, or someone else's personal details, through our forms
• Use the site in a way that breaks any law or regulation
• Try to get unauthorised access to the site, its server or anything connected to it
• Introduce malicious code, or run automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts or vulnerability scans without our written permission
• Copy, distribute or commercially exploit the content beyond what section 4 allows

We can suspend or withdraw access without notice if we reasonably think these terms have been broken.

4. Copyright

The text, layout, graphics, code and design on this site belong to us or are licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property law. Photography is licensed from third parties and may not be extracted or reused.

You are welcome to view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Anything beyond that needs our written permission first.

5. Links to other sites

We link out to regulators, professional bodies and social media platforms that we do not control. Those links are there for convenience and are not an endorsement. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of any external site.

6. Accuracy and availability

We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or free of errors. Performance figures come from our own systems, are refreshed periodically, describe what has already happened, and are not a promise about what will happen next.

We do not guarantee the site will always be available. It may be suspended, withdrawn or changed at any time without notice.

Nothing here excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are visiting from the United States, local consumer protection law may also apply to you.
