Where the company started, and still where most of it happens. Full laboratory on site, deep-freeze sample storage, and an overnight unit for studies that need blood taken through the night. Also our approved location for specialty training.

Community-based site

Deliberately placed in one of the most mixed parts of the country. Our coordinators here work in twelve languages between them, and two community liaison staff spend most of their week outside the building rather than in it.

Our lung unit

Opened in July 2026 after a four-month fit-out. Everything needed for serious respiratory work is here — full lung function testing, challenge testing, exhaled nitric oxide and induced sputum, with beds for studies that need overnight observation.

Runs the US side of the business and holds the review board relationship for all our American sites. Two teaching hospitals are within walking distance and we have referral arrangements with both.

Our strongest site for diabetes and weight studies, with body composition scanning and continuous glucose monitoring in house, plus a large local register of people already consented for metabolic research.

These four run assessment-only clinics and pass anything needing specialist equipment to the nearest main site. They exist to cut travel time for the people taking part, not to spread us thinly across the map.
