What contracting with the network gets you
One master agreement covers every site. One budget conversation. One set of procedures. One study director whose name is on the delivery and who picks up the phone.
- Feasibility from real data. We answer from our own recruitment history in your condition, not from site optimism.
- One contract. Median nineteen days from receipt to a fully executed agreement across all participating sites.
- Identical source at every site. Monitoring visits stop being an archaeology exercise.
- Coordinators who stay. Four years on average, which is why our studies keep their continuity mid-enrolment.
- Employed investigators. Practising clinicians on our payroll, not sessional contractors squeezing you in.
- Audit on a fortnight's notice. Records are kept to standard continuously, so there is nothing to prepare.
- An 18,000-person register, sorted by condition and already pre-screened against common criteria.
Where we actually have depth
Ten areas, and we turn down studies outside them. When a protocol gets awkward, depth is worth considerably more than breadth.
Asthma and COPD
58 studiesSevere asthma, COPD and chronic cough. Full breathing test suites at five sites, including challenge testing and induced sputum.
Skin conditions
41 studiesEczema, psoriasis, hidradenitis suppurativa and vitiligo, with standardised photography and dedicated assessors.
Diabetes and heart
37 studiesType 2 diabetes, obesity, cholesterol and heart failure. Central ECG reading and 24-hour monitoring in house.
Vaccines
29 studiesPreventive and therapeutic vaccine work, including large healthy-volunteer cohorts and fast-activation protocols.
Neurology
24 studiesMigraine, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis and early Alzheimer's, with raters trained on the cognitive and functional scales.
Everything else
51 studiesRheumatoid arthritis, Crohn's and colitis, kidney disease, menopause and infectious disease.
We will show you the ones that went badly too
Every site network publishes its wins. Ours is the only feasibility conversation we know of that opens with the four studies in the last three years where we missed our enrolment commitment, what went wrong, and what changed afterwards.
If the inclusion criteria in your protocol will not recruit at our sites, we would much rather say so now than eighteen months in, when everyone is arguing about a rescue.
Send us a synopsis
We come back within two working days with a real assessment, including a no where a no is the honest answer.
