Ten areas, and we turn down studies outside them. When a protocol gets awkward, depth is worth considerably more than breadth.
Asthma and COPD

Skin conditions
41 studiesEczema, psoriasis, hidradenitis suppurativa and vitiligo, with standardised photography and dedicated assessors.
Diabetes and heart
37 studiesType 2 diabetes, obesity, cholesterol and heart failure. Central ECG reading and 24-hour monitoring in house.
Vaccines
29 studiesPreventive and therapeutic vaccine work, including large healthy-volunteer cohorts and fast-activation protocols.
Neurology
24 studiesMigraine, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis and early Alzheimer's, with raters trained on the cognitive and functional scales.
Everything else
51 studiesRheumatoid arthritis, Crohn's and colitis, kidney disease, menopause and infectious disease.

Every site network publishes its wins. Ours is the only feasibility conversation we know of that opens with the four studies in the last three years where we missed our enrolment commitment, what went wrong, and what changed afterwards.
If the inclusion criteria in your protocol will not recruit at our sites, we would much rather say so now than eighteen months in, when everyone is arguing about a rescue.
